Sound Bath Review - 6/12/24 - It was an amazing experience, and I would definitely do it again. It’s so helpful over zoom because 1. we live so far apart so I couldn’t have experienced it if it hadn’t had been done over zoom, 2. I must admit as I first lay there on the bed, I was a bit apprehensive and wasn’t sure if I was doing the right thing.
